You can only use this effect of "Ashtraya Mikumari-no-Mikoto" once per turn. If your opponent activates a monster effect (except during the Damage Step): You can target 1 "Ashtra" Trap in your GY or banishment, or if there are 3 or more face-down cards on the field, you can target 1 Trap in your GY instead; Set it.
