Puedes desterrar esta carta en tu Cementerio, y después seleccionar 1 Monstruo Normal en tu Cementerio; Invócalo de Modo Especial en Posición de Defensa a una zona tuya a la que apunte un Monstruo de Enlace. Sólo puedes usar este efecto de "Guardragón del Cáliz Mundial" una vez por turno.
