During the Main Phase, if your opponent has activated a monster effect in the hand or GY this turn (Quick Effect): You can Special Summon this card from your hand. If this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can send 1 "K9" card from your Deck to the GY, except "K9-17 Izuna".
