(Efecto Rápido): puedes seleccionar 1 monstruo boca arriba en el Campo; equipa esta carta en tu mano a ese objetivo. El monstruo equipado se convierte en un monstruo Insecto, no puede atacar monstruos Insecto, y además sus efectos que se activan al seleccionar uno o más monstruos Insecto son negados. Sólo puedes usar este efecto de "Parásito Paranoico" una vez por turno. Si esta Carta de Equipo es mandada al Cementerio: puedes Invocar de Modo Especial, desde tu mano, 1 monstruo Insecto de Nivel 7 o mayor, ignorando sus condiciones de Invocación.

The equipped monster becomes an Insect monster, cannot attack Insect monsters, also its effects that activate by targeting an Insect monster(s) are negated. You can only use this effect of "Parasite Paranoid" once per turn. If this Equip Card is sent to the GY: You can Special Summon 1 Level 7 or higher Insect monster from your hand, ignoring its Summoning conditions.
